• Our client lived out of state but had a deep appreciation for Santa Barbara architecture. He commissioned our firm to design a home that would match his vision. This 3 year effort created an authentic Spanish Colonial Revival estate that incorporated elegant wrought iron elements, period style light fixtures, hand made tiles, and traditional Spanish Colonial Revival details. The home includes a custom wine cellar, 2,000 sf master suite, Olympic size pool, 1,700 sf cabana, Control 4 home system, and a room dedicated to a life size Ferrari simulator.
