Project Architect

Skills & Qualifications:

• Revit literacy is required

• Proficiency in InDesign & Photoshop 

• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, technical detailing and construction methods is essential

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment 

• Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment

Responsibilities:

• As a Project Architect, you will have the opportunity to mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands-on approach to creating project documents.

• Produce and manage construction drawings, finish/fixture schedules and specifications 

• Attend project meetings and site visits and work closely and collaboratively with principals, clients, architects, contractors, and. consultants 

• Handle multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment

Architectural Designer

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ideally a professional degree or certification in Architecture or related field 

• Proficiency in BIM drafting required - Revit preferred

• Proficiency in InDesign & Photoshop 

• Knowledge of and experience with California state building codes and standards 

• Must be able to communicate design ideas in an organized and professional manner with high attention to detail 

• Familiarity with building materials, finishes, furniture and lighting 

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment 

• Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment

• Work with a team on conceptual design, development, and presentation of project concepts

• Produce and manage construction drawings, finish/fixture schedules and specifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years professional design experience (preferably in both residential & commercial)

• Ideally a professional degree or certification in Interior Design or related field 

• Proficiency in BIM drafting required - Revit preferred

• SketchUp experience and rendering abilities desirable

• Proficiency in InDesign & Photoshop 

• Knowledge of and experience with California state building codes and standards 

• Must be able to communicate design ideas in an organized and efficient manner with high attention to detail 

• Familiarity with building materials, finishes, furniture and lighting 

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work load and tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment 

• Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team on conceptual design, development, and presentation of project concepts 

• Produce and manage interior construction drawings, finish/fixture schedules and specifications 

• Source inspiration, research materials and furnishings 

• Attend project meetings and site visits and work closely and collaboratively with principals, clients, architects, contractors, and consultants 

• FF&E; quoting, budgets, proposals, specifications, purchase orders, payments, and installation 

• Handle multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment 

• Candidates must be positive, self-motivated, curious and eager to contribute and grow
