• This project is a reconstruction of the old Carrillo Hotel built in 1923. As the building required significant seismic upgrading, it was decided to be removed and build a new ninety-seven room boutique hotel. The building has been designed to be a landmark structure given its prominent location at a major getaway to the City of Santa Barbara.
