• We were thrilled to be working with a returning client on these luxury townhomes. Located on a property of what used to be a “7-Up” bottling plant on to which a historic clock tower was re-built, this old structure was converted to three condominium units with four new townhouses added along Yanonali St. Equipped with an interior elevator, rooftop deck, and luxury appliances; each home was uniquely designed to reflect the laid back, but sophisticated lifestyle that is Santa Barbara. Beachy oak floors and shiplap walls juxtapose the traditional Spanish Colonial architecture. The kitchens showcase a variety of stone and quartz countertops and master suites feature a variety of distinct marble tile patterns and custom built closets. These West Beach, 2 and 3-story condominiums reflect Santa Barbara’s Old Mission Style with vibrant white-washed walls, terra cotta tile roofs, copper and iron accents, red-bricked pathways, and succulent filled gardens.
