• Located on less than a third of an acre, the challenge was to achieve a high density of units without creating a space that felt cramped. Using planters as buffers in the narrow courtyard, the result was the feeling of a charming Andalusian village. The mix of 6 units from studio to 2 bedrooms were designed to each have their own private backyard space & detached garage.
