• In response to the growing homeless population the Housing Authority of Santa Barbara built the El Carrillo Studios, a 61 unit housing development with a community room, a program and laundry room, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard in the heart of downtown. The Spanish style apartment complex provides permanent housing and on-site supportive services with rents ranging from $300-$600 less than the average studio currently on the market. It was so rewarding to work with this incredible non-profit organization and be a part of the solution to end homelessness.
