Synonymous with luxury and style, we were thrilled at the opportunity to design the interior of Sotheby's International Realty office in downtown Santa Barbara. A chic custom steel reception desk welcomes guests as they glance out at the light filled open office. Adjacent to the historic Arlington Theater, perimeter offices were designed to capture breathtaking views of traditional Spanish architecture. Using a combination of polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and frameless glass walls we created a stunning space for this luxury brand.
