The new development, strategically located between the El Pueblo Viejo Design District and the Funk Zone, serves as a seamless bridge between these two vibrant areas. Featuring elegant white plaster walls, abundant arches, and steel windows, this design is a contemporary nod to Santa Barbara's classic Spanish architectural tradition. The project proposes 98 surface-level parking spaces and additional provisions for 18 bicycle parking spots, promoting a balanced approach to transportation. This projects also incorporates two separate trash enclosures to ensure cleanliness, organization, and convenience. A portion of the development is dedicated to enhancing the pedestrian experience by creating a new sidewalk, inviting both locals and visitors to explore the unique blend of styles and activities that this location offers.
