The proposed expansion of the existing Birnam Wood golf club will enhance its facilities by significantly increasing the square footage of the gym and improving amenities within the clubhouse. This project includes general renovations as well as the demolition of the current pro golf and tennis shop, making way for a newly constructed retail space that better serves the club members needs. Additionally, the expansion will feature a brand-new pool, spa, pool equipment, and restroom building, along with a convenient snack bar for guests to enjoy. To improve safety and functionality, the existing 6-foot tall fence surrounding the driving range will be replaced with a 20-foot high netting, ensuring a secure environment for all users. A redesigned parking configuration will provide 43 additional spaces to enhance accessibility and allow more visitors to enjoy the wonderful amenities Birnam Wood has to offer.
