Located on the corner of State Street and Mason Street, the North Wing of the iconic Harbor View Inn offers both the convenience of downtown Santa Barbara and the charm of West Beach. The project site was the former location of a laundry building and 40 space surface parking lot which served the existing hotel. The new North Wing building added 34 additional guest rooms, a small lobby space, new laundry room to serve the entire hotel, and a 33 space parking garage.
