OLIVER BENARD

Oliver earned a degree from the Humane Society of Santa Barbara Puppy School and has been on a fast track to senior leadership ever since.  Renowned for his soft ears and a neverending list of party tricks, he is an integral part of The Collective's highest performing teams and looks forward to putting his best paw forward on this project.  He is well versed in open space design and walkability analysis, and more recently has sunk his teeth into some high end interior finish selections - conceptually, of course.
