• The proposed Garden Street Hotel is a new 250 room hotel on the west end of Garden Street, spanning from Yanonali Street to the train tracks. The proposed project will replace several storage sheds and five existing structures that are currently on the 4.5 acre site. The hotel is anticipated to have 130 hotel rooms designated for extended stay guests, 120 lifestyle rooms, a 233 space underground parking structure, and an additional 33 above ground parking spaces, totaling approximately 261,139 SF.
