• When fire destroyed the corporate administrative offices for Santa Barbara Bank & Trust they selected Cearnal Collective to design the replacement structure. Located very prominently on Anacapa Street, the building was reconceived as a three-story structure that would take better advantage of mountain and ocean views while making a notable architectural statement. The building incorporates into its façade a new entrance into the City parking lot as well as a pedestrian paseo.
